JONATHAN HIRONS – PRODUCED AND DIRECTOR

Before having Aphasia and making “On the tip of my tongue” , Jonathan produced factual films, most recently for the EU’s Erasmus and Leonardo projects on subjects as wide-ranging as radicalization and entrepreneurship in the creative industries. In 2014, he produced the short fiction film Cast Adrift.

ANNELIESE LEVY – WRITER

Anneliese is a freelance Health Communications Specialist who has created award-winning health content in senior patient information at leading health charities, as well as the private sector. She has an MSc in Health Psychology and uses a meticulous approach to researching, developing and writing health content. She’s also an experienced qualitative researcher and originally trained as a speech and language therapist.

CAROLYN ABBOTT – PRESS AND PR

Carolyn Abbott has 28 years of experience in customer relations and administration (in theatres, small arts/community  organisations) and over 17 years in publicity roles: Creative director and coordinator of E17 Designers’ Market for fourteen years, alongside working one to one with many small business/individuals to achieve local and national press coverage, and helping to integrate social media in to their marketing campaigns.

ROB EDWARDS – NARRATOR/PRESENTER

Rob is a professional actor who has worked across all the media: theatre, TV, film and radio. From Ray Cooney farce to Shakespeare, Dr Who and  more. He received an Olivier nomination for the original Scar in the West End production of the Lion King. In 2018 he won a coveted Royal Television Society award for best actor in the BBC’s drama “Men who sleep in cars”. Most recently Rob completed a stint playing Major Metcalf in Agatha Christie’s “The Mousetrap”.

Simon is a former advertising copywriter and creative director. He holds an MA in Writing for Stage & Screen, and has had short plays performed at Stratford East and the Bush Theatre. He lives in East London.
